歡迎使用「時事成語」（下稱「本服務」）。使用本服務即表示您同意本條款。本服務的帳號與 Findmo 共用，帳號相關事項同時適用 Findmo 服務條款。
1. 服務內容
本服務以熱點新聞為情境，提供正面與貶義成語的解說、例句、朗讀、測驗與複習。新聞摘要為學習用途改寫，部分內容與圖片為示意或模擬資料，並非完整報導，也不代表任何人的立場。新聞摘要、成語配對、例句與部分語音（例如寵物公園的問候語與叫聲）由 AI 生成，可能有誤；成語讀音與釋義請以教育部辭典為準，發現錯誤歡迎在 App 內檢舉。
2. 帳號
- 您可不登入使用大部分功能；同步與檢舉需以 Google 或 Apple 登入。
- 請妥善保管帳號，不得冒用他人身分或以多個帳號規避停權。
3. 使用規範
- 不得濫用檢舉功能、大量送出不實或騷擾性的檢舉。
- 不得以自動化方式大量擷取本服務內容。
- 不得干擾或破壞本服務的運作與安全。
4. 內容與智慧財產
本服務的介面、成語解說、例句與編排受智慧財產權保護，僅供個人學習使用。成語釋義參考教育部《成語典》與《重編國語辭典修訂本》，相關權利歸原權利人所有；新聞來源連結指向原發布者。
5. 檢舉與處理
您可檢舉內容不實、冒犯不當、成語用錯或錯字。我們會審核並決定是否修正或下架，但不保證採納每一筆檢舉。
6. 廣告
本服務會顯示 Google AdMob 廣告。廣告內容由廣告主提供，與本服務立場無關。
7. 免責與服務變更
本服務以「現狀」提供，不保證不中斷或無錯誤。內容僅供學習參考，不構成法律、投資或其他專業意見。我們可能調整、暫停或終止部分功能。違反本條款者，我們得停權其時事成語功能。
8. 準據法
本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。

Terms of Service
Welcome to Idiom Hot ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. Idiom Hot shares accounts with Findmo, so the Findmo Terms of Service also apply to your account.
1. The Service
The Service uses trending stories as context to teach positive and negative Chinese idioms, with explanations, examples, read-aloud, quizzes and reviews. Story summaries are rewritten for learning. Some content and images are illustrative or mock data; they are not full news reports and do not represent anyone's position. Story summaries, idiom matches, example sentences and some audio (such as the greetings and sounds in Pet Park) are generated by AI and may contain errors. For idiom pronunciation and meanings, the Ministry of Education dictionaries prevail; please report mistakes in the app.
2. Accounts
- Most features work without signing in. Sync and reports require Google or Apple sign-in.
- Keep your account secure. Do not impersonate others or use multiple accounts to avoid suspension.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse reports or send false or harassing reports in bulk.
- Do not scrape the Service by automated means.
- Do not interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
4. Content and intellectual property
The interface, idiom explanations, examples and arrangement are protected by intellectual property rights and are for personal learning only. Idiom meanings refer to the Ministry of Education's Dictionary of Chinese Idioms and Revised Mandarin Chinese Dictionary; their rights remain with the rights holders. Source links point to the original publishers.
5. Reports
You may report inaccurate, offensive, wrong-idiom or typo content. We review reports and decide whether to correct or remove content, but we may not act on every report.
6. Ads
The Service shows Google AdMob ads. Ads are provided by advertisers and do not reflect our views.
7. Disclaimer and changes
The Service is provided "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Content is for learning only and is not legal, investment or other professional advice. We may change, suspend or end features. We may suspend Idiom Hot features for users who break these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

「時事成語 Idiom Hot」（以下「本サービス」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。本サービスを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなします。アカウントは Findmo と共通のため、アカウントに関しては Findmo 利用規約も適用されます。
1. サービス内容
本サービスは話題のニュースを題材に、肯定的・否定的な中国語の成語の解説、例文、読み上げ、クイズ、復習を提供します。ニュースの要約は学習用に書き直したもので、一部の内容や画像はイメージまたは模擬データです。完全な報道ではなく、特定の立場を示すものでもありません。ニュースの要約、成語の組み合わせ、例文、一部の音声（ペットパークのあいさつや鳴き声など）は AI により生成されており、誤りを含む場合があります。成語の読みと意味は台湾教育部の辞典を基準とし、誤りを見つけたらアプリ内で通報してください。
2. アカウント
- ほとんどの機能はログインなしで使えます。同期と通報には Google または Apple でのログインが必要です。
- アカウントを適切に管理し、他人へのなりすましや停止回避のための複数アカウント利用をしないでください。
3. 禁止事項
- 通報機能の濫用、虚偽や嫌がらせの通報の大量送信。
- 自動化された手段による本サービスの大量取得。
- 本サービスの運営や安全を妨げる行為。
4. コンテンツと知的財産
画面、成語の解説、例文、構成は知的財産権で保護されており、個人の学習目的に限り利用できます。成語の意味は台湾教育部の『成語典』『重編国語辞典修訂本』を参考にしており、権利は各権利者に帰属します。出典リンクは元の発信者を指します。
5. 通報
内容の誤り、不適切な表現、成語の誤用、誤字を通報できます。審査のうえ修正や非公開を判断しますが、すべての通報に対応するとは限りません。
6. 広告
本サービスは Google AdMob の広告を表示します。広告内容は広告主によるもので、本サービスの立場を示すものではありません。
7. 免責とサービスの変更
本サービスは「現状のまま」提供され、中断やエラーがないことを保証しません。内容は学習の参考であり、法律・投資その他の専門的助言ではありません。機能を変更・停止・終了する場合があります。本規約に違反した場合、本サービスの機能を停止することがあります。
8. 準拠法
本規約は中華民国（台湾）の法律に準拠します。
